Browsing and search

This site does not load advertising or audience analytics scripts. It has no account registration, comment form or newsletter sign-up. Our pages do not use cookies or browser storage to track you.

Search matching takes place in your browser, without a separate search service. Search terms appear in the page URL and may be included in hosting request logs when you load or refresh that URL. Your browser may also retain them in its history. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information in the search box.

Hosting

Cloudflare Pages delivers the site. Cloudflare processes request information, which may include your IP address, requested URL and technical details, to deliver content and protect its network. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing and retention practices.

We do not run a separate visitor-log database or behavioural profile. Cloudflare's own processing is separate from the absence of tracking scripts on our pages; this notice does not promise that all network records are deleted on a particular day.

Email and corrections

Emailing us is optional. If you do, the message can include your name, email address and anything you choose to send. We use this information to reply, investigate a correction or deal with a privacy request. Access is limited to the people handling that work and the email service used to deliver and store the correspondence.

Please do not send medical records, identification documents, payment details, tracking numbers or addresses. We do not use enquiries for a mailing list or publish your message as a testimonial.

Why information is used and kept

We rely on legitimate interests to provide and secure this information service, answer enquiries and correct errors. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, retain necessary evidence of a correction or meet a legal obligation. These needs, rather than a blanket permanent archive, determine when it should be deleted.

Processing outside the UK

The publication is operated from South Korea, and Cloudflare uses a global network. A message you send may be accessed by the people handling it outside the UK. We do not promise UK-only storage. Cloudflare's data processing addendum describes its contractual safeguards for relevant international transfers. Contact us for information about the handling of your own correspondence.

Your choices and rights

Email help@dousuru.net to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have sent us, or to request restrictions on its use. The rights available depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us what use you object to and why, and we will consider your request.

You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

Other websites and future changes

Links to Royal Mail, GOV.UK and other organisations lead to their own websites. Their privacy notices apply when you visit them.

Advertising and analytics are not enabled. We will update this notice and introduce the relevant consent controls before adding them.
